Contest Details - Saisaki Fest

• All contents and photos submitted to OpenSnap must be original and not violate any copyright, proprietary, or other governing laws.
  

• Photo submitted shall feature only the participating restaurants; those on non-participating restaurants will be disqualified, of which the Participating restaurant is:

• All photo submitted must be food or the environment of the restaurant
  

1. OpenSnap reserves the right to publish or delete photo.
2. Each photo submitted can be used only once, and must pertain to the restaurant in a particular review; OpenSnap reserves the right to disqualify any photos deemed irrelevant.

• Prizes will be given out to the winners of each reward category every 3 weeks!
  

1. Most creative photo
2. Most favourite Saisaki Dish (a photo with most "likes" on OpenSnap)
3. Most popular Saisaki customer (an OpenSnap user with most followers)

• Timeline for giving out prizes as below:
  

1. 23rd April to 14 May (first 3rd week) each winner gets a 3pax buffet voucher worth RM288 from each category (total 3 vouchers)
2. 15 May to 4 June (second 3rd week) each winner gets a  VIP card worth RM338 from each category (total 3 cards)
3. Grand Prize – 25th June (Accumulative from each category to get iPad, iPad Air, Samsung S5 (total 3 grand prize)

• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other form of rewards.
  

• Prizes are subject to availability. Grand Saisaki reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with other item(s) of equal or similar value in kind without prior notice.
  

• The last of all photos must be submitted by 25/6/2014, 11:59 p.m. (GMT +8).
  

• Participants who participate with multiple user accounts will be disqualified.
  

• Participants must submit true personal information. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
  

• Winners will be notified via email, at the email address submitted when registering for OpenSnap membership.
  

• Fraud, misconduct, abuse, or non-compliance of a participant to the herein and/or any other requirements communicated by Grand Saisaki to participant may result in disqualification or forfeiture of any points earned.
  

• Grand Saisaki will not grant winning participants prizes if they are later discovered to be disqualified from receiving prizes.
  

• In cases of disagreement pertaining to the campaign, Grand Saisaki decisions shall be final. Any communication against the decisions will not be entertained.
  

• In the event that an OpenSnap account is terminated at any time for any reason, he/she will be disqualified from participating.
  

• Grand Saisaki and OpenSnap must not be held liable for submission delay, information losses, or errors arising from technical issues.
  

• Employees of OpenSnap and Grand Saisaki, including those of its affiliated companies, and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity are not allowed to participate. OpenSnap partners and contributors are also not allowed to join.
  

• OpenSnap and Grand Saisakireserve the right to request personal identification document(s), e.g., ID card or driver’s license, at the point of prize redemption.
  

• At their own risks, winning participants can choose to have prizes mailed to the address specified in their member’s account or email. However, Grand Saisaki reserves the right to request prizes be collected at its office if necessary.
  

• Grand Saisaki must not be held liable for any possible damage or loss of prizes once they have been mailed out or collected.
  

• Grand Saisaki has the right to use winners’ names, images, and biographical data for marketing purposes without compensation to said individuals.
