Below are the details for our VIP Card.

DEFINITION:

The terms defined and used herein shall have the following meaning shown next to them :-

• “CARD”-SHOGUN / SAISAKI VIP card issued on these terms and conditions.
  

• “SHOGUN / SAISAKI”-A flagshipbrand of Grand Saisaki Sdn Bhd (926906-W)
  

• “Outlets”-Shogun and Saisaki healthy Japanese buffet restaurants that acknowledge the use of Shogun/Saisaki VIP card.
  

• “We,Us,Our,The Management”-Grand Saisaki Sdn Bhd (926906-W)
  

• “You,your,card member”-the person who signed the application and to whom the card is issued and whose name appear on the card.
  

Terms and Conditions:

• This card entitles the card holder to dine FREE in any of our provided that the cardholder is accompanied by at least another diner who shall pay the daily discounted promotional adult rate in a single transaction.
  

• This card is valid everyday for buffet lunch and dinner, including all public holidays and weekends.
  

• This card must be presented in order to enjoy the membership privileges and it is governed by the terms and conditions specified on this application form.
  

• This card and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Grand Saisaki Sdn Bhd (926906-W) and all interpretation of membership terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Grand Saisaki Sdn Bhd. The management reserves the right to add, delete or amend any terms and conditions at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
  

• This card is the property of Grand Saisaki Sdn Bhd (926906-W) and has no cash value.
  

• Only one (1) transaction per meal is allowed.
  

• Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to Grand Saisaki Sdn Bhd (926906-W) and a replacement card will be issued subject to sufficient proof of ownership. An administration fee will be charge for replacement cards.
  

• The liability of Grand Saisaki Sdn Bhd, or any person or entity operating this Shogun/Saisaki VIP card is limited to the cost of the membership only.
  

• The management reserves the right to discontinue membership for any cardholder who appears to be misusing the card in a manner inconsistent with the card terms and conditions or the prevailing law.
  

• The management reserves the right to release any information received herein to any other party without prior notice to the cardholder.
  

• The cardholder is advised to make prior reservation to dine in to avoid any inconvenience.
  

• This card is valid for one year @ Ringgit Malaysia Three hundred thirty eight only (RM338 only).
